Update
The continued warm weather in March was ideal for continued concrete pours throughout the month. The concrete slabs are now up to the 9th floor. Drywall has begun in the basement level and painting/installing light fixtures in the Automated Parking System has commenced.

The balmy weather during the month of February allowed for great progress with concrete pours. The 6th floor concrete slab and verticals as well as the 7th floor slab deck were completed. The service connections (domestic and fire water line, storm line) were also completed.

During the month of January, concrete work continued and 4th floor concrete slab and verticals are now 100% complete. Plumbing piping work began on the 2nd floor, and the lateral connections to the heritage façade were also completed.
